How to make it

  • For batter-
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together chickpea flour, red chilli powder, salt, baking soda, Cumin powder, celery seeds. Heat 2 tsp oil pour over this mixture and mix well. Prepare a thick consistency batter by adding enough water.
  • For stuffing-
  • Mix onion, Cilantro, mint leaves, salt, red chilli powder, Chaat masala.
  • Method-
  • Cut capsicum in half, fill the stuffing into each halves.
  • Prepare oil for frying
  • Cover the stuffed capsicum with prepared batter and fry it in oil till golden and take out.
  • Carefully cut the capsicum in half and serve hot.
