How to make it

  • Using a food processor, mix together - Tofu, Nutritional Yeast, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder.
  • In a fry pan, heat up oil, then add spinach, onion, garlic, water chestnuts, chopped cashews and pine nuts and saute for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add vegetables to tofu mixture and refrigerate for 4-5 hours before serving.
