Vegan Spinach Dip

- 2 boxes soft tofu shopping list
- 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast shopping list
- 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 bunch of spinach (cooked, squeezed, and chopped) shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 Yellow Onion - chopped shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic - minced shopping list
- 1 can Water Chestnuts - chopped shopping list
- 1 cup Pine Nuts shopping list
- 1 cup chopped raw cashews shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder shopping list
How to make it
- Using a food processor, mix together - Tofu, Nutritional Yeast, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder.
- In a fry pan, heat up oil, then add spinach, onion, garlic, water chestnuts, chopped cashews and pine nuts and saute for 4-5 minutes.
- Add vegetables to tofu mixture and refrigerate for 4-5 hours before serving.
