- Crust: shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 stick butter, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1/2 package froze spinach, defrosted shopping list
- 1 pound crawfish tails or cut up shrimp shopping list
- 4 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 pound mushrooms, chopped shopping list
- 4 oz. Parmesan cheese(shredded) shopping list
- 3 to 4 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 white onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 8 oz. sour cream shopping list
- 4 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning shopping list
- dash cracked black pepper shopping list
- Few dashes hot sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- In large bowl, mix together all ingredients
- Spray mini tart pans with vegetable shortening spray
- divide dough into small portions and press into tart pans
- In large pan, saute' mushrooms, garlic, and onions in butter until tender or about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in crawfish tails or shrimp and continue to cook another 3-4 munutes or until shrimp is no longer pink or crawfish are cooked through
- Stir in green onions and cook 1 minute longer
- Strain defrosted spinach well and add to pan.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon a little of filling into tarts and bake at 350 for about 12 to 14 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve warm
- * use any left over filling mixture as a dip or it can be used as a filling for omlets
