Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 cups salsa (mild, medium or hot to taste) shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour salsa over top.
- Cook on high for 4 hours
- Top with shredded cheese and cook an additional hour
- Serve over rice (because there is a lot of sauce and it tastes too good to waste).
