Cinnamon Pickled Onions

- 5-8 medium sweet onions shopping list
- 3 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups white vinegar shopping list
- 9 oz. / 1 package cinnamon Imperials shopping list
How to make it
- Peel, slice, and chopped onions to desired size.
- Pack into sterilized jars.
- In a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat, bring sugar, water, and
- vinegar to a boil; stirring until clear.
- Add candies and continue boiling, stirring occasionally, until dissolved.
- Carefully, ladle or pour hot brine over onions; within 1/4" of jar top.
- Let cool to room temp.
- Seal jars and store in fridge, up to 3 months
