How to make it

  • put a dry skillet on medium heat
  • add sesame seeds and toast 5-8 min until the color shifts from white to tannish and you see some that are browned, use your own discretion
  • remove seeds and let sit until cool
  • add seeds to food processor blend until it's a consistent grainy powder
  • add sesame oil and olive oil while blending until it's somewhere in consistency of runny peanut butter
  • add all other ingredients except parsley, and blend until completely mixed
  • stir in parsley, adjust salt and pepper to taste
