Strawberry Fluff

- 1 package (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen strawberries shopping list
- 1/2 pint whipping cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- Dash of salt shopping list
- 1 small angel food cake shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Fold in thawed strawberries and juice.
- Chill until partially set.
- Whip cream with sugar and salt.
- Whip gelatin mixture, then fold in whipped cream.
- Tear cake into pieces.
- Grease a 9 x 13 inch glass pan.
- Layer half of cake pieces, half of gelatin mixture, then repeat layers.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. 8 to 12 servings.
