How to make it

  • Shred carrots.
  • Dice green onion.
  • Halve tomatoes.
  • Mince garlic clove.
  • Cut butter lettuce into small slices.
  • Mix above ingredients. Put in medium bowl.
  • Add almonds.
  • Chill at least one hour.
  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and honey. Mix well and set aside until ready to serve. Then pour over salad.
