Ingredients
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion, Beefy Onion or Beefy Mushroom Recipe Soup Mix
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 pounds ground beef

Directions
  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into 8 patties. Grill or broil until done. Makes 8 servings.
  2. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Prepare patties as above; place 4 patties in oblong baking dish and heat at HIGH (Full Power) 6 minutes, turning patties once. Repeat with remaining patties. Let stand covered 5 minutes.
