How to make it

  • Break the egg into a deep bowl.

  • Beat until thoroughly mixed.
  • Add a few drops of oil and beat thoroughly.
  • Continue to add oil slowly and beat until 1/2 cup of oil has been used.
  • Beat in the remaining oil, adding 2 tablespoons at a time,
  • Add the remaining vinegar and beat well.
