- 1/4 cup chia seeds shopping list
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds shopping list
- 2 tbsp cinnamon shopping list
- 2 tsp turmeric shopping list
- 1 tbsp stevia powder (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Mix all ingredients and place into a jar on the breakfast table.
- 2. Add mixture to yogurt, a fruit smoothie or porridge for protein and fibre-packed breakfasts all week long. Make sure to consume within one month.
