In The Stand Up Mixer w/flat blade
- 1/4 cup grape seed oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup organic molasses shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons almond milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
In Separate Bowl
- 1 cup oat flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup finely ground raw almonds shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 Tablespoon chopped candied ginger shopping list

How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix wet ingredients with sugar and spices in stand mixer for 4-5 minutes. Mix dry ingredients In separate bowl with a wire whisk and add to ingredients in the stand up mixer. Allow mixture to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Using food safe gloves, spray non stick cooking oil (I use olive oil) since the cookie mixture will be sticky. Form balls and coat In the sugars and place on parchment paper. Gently press to somewhat flatten cookies. Evenly space cookies so you have a dozen on the sheet.
- Bake for 13 minutes and cool on wire rack completely. Then store in air tight container. Makes approximately 18 cookies. Enjoy!
