How to make it

  • Marinate meat at least 2.5 hours and preferably overnight. Discard the marinade.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Place beef slices flat over a sheet of foil on the grill (beside mushrooms and onion garnish if using). Cook the beef slices until they are evenly brown (about 3 to 5 minutes per side). Plate and garnish.
