No Quiche Quiche

My wife and I had a quiche at a B & B in New Hampshire, and I loved the taste. I set out to make a similar tasting dish and nailed it on the first try. It’s quick and easy to make, and takes scrambled eggs to a whole new level.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 tsp basil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1/2 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare a small pan with non-stick spray
- Add eggs and spices
- Whisk on medium heat
- Add cheese when the eggs are about 2/3rds cooked
- Continue whisking until done
- Remove and enjoy!
