How to make it

  • In a large pot add the olive oil, onion and garlic, cook until onion is translucent
  • add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink
  • add the spaghetti sauce, chicken stock and spices (cayenne, salt and pepper)
  • bring to a light boil and add the cream cheese until its blended
  • add the pasta, beans and tomatoes, cook until done, approx 10 min
  • NOTE This soup is a fairly thick one so if you desire more broth cook the pasta separate and add to the soup instead of cooking in the soup
  • Serve with a nice crusty loaf
