How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
  • Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with butter or spray.
  • In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs.
  • Add the melted butter, milk and half- &-half.
  • Mix the cornstarch, sugar, salt and baking powder together and Add this mixture to the egg, butter and milk mixture.
  • Stir in the drained corn and creamed corn with its liquid. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into prepared 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Bake for 45 min--to 1 hour until the eggs are set and the top starts to brown.
