Country Corn Pudding

- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter, melted (6 tablespoons) shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup half- &-half shopping list
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1-tablespoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn drained shopping list
- 2 (15-ounce) cans cream-style corn shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
- Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with butter or spray.
- In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs.
- Add the melted butter, milk and half- &-half.
- Mix the cornstarch, sugar, salt and baking powder together and Add this mixture to the egg, butter and milk mixture.
- Stir in the drained corn and creamed corn with its liquid. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into prepared 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 min--to 1 hour until the eggs are set and the top starts to brown.
