How to make it

  • melt butter in small skillet over medium heat
  • crack eggs into large mixing bowl, whisk until combined
  • add 1 T cheese and other ingredients, salt to taste
  • cook until edge of omelet is solidified
  • carefully fold with spatula, cold until omelet will stay on it's own
  • sprinkle cheese on top of omelet, cook until cheese has begun to melt
  • flip and cook until cheese has browned
  • flip on to plate and enjoy!
