How to make it

  • PIE CRUST
  • Mix ingrediants, place into 9-inch pie plate and pat some of the crumbs up the sides. Press the bottom of the pie plate with a small glass to form the wafer crust .
  • Place in preheated oven at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
  • Take out of oven and let cool thoroughly before filling.
  • PIE FILLING
  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit, do not stir for 15 minutes.
  • Combine Condensed Milk, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla thoroughly.
  • Add the gelatin and water to the cream cheese mix.
  • Put aside.
  • In a separate chilled bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks,.
  • Fold into cream cheese mixture slowly to combine.
  • Take care not to break down the bubbles in the whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate the resulting cream until the crust is cool.
  • Fill pie crust and cover, cool overnight.
  • Before serving, Sprinkle the pie with the 2 T of wafer crumbs and serve immediately.
