How to make it

  • Preheat Oven: 180 degrees C, (356 degrees F),
  • Prepare 20cm cake pan. *NOTE: This cake batter is very wet, Don't use a springform cake pan. Use a leak-proof mould pan.
  • Combine all: Beaten, Melted, Boiled and Sifted .ingredients gradually. Pour into the prepared leak-proof mould cake pan.
  • Bake for about: 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it onto a cooling rack.
  • You can ice/frost your cake with whatever you please, here is a quick and easy recipe I use:
  • SIFT: 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder, 1 cup Icing Sugar, ADD: 50g Butter, gradually add boiling water until you reach the desired consistency.
