Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix all the ingredients into a large bowl and make sure it's all blended. There's no particular order or special method, I just slopped everything together.
  • The mixture should have the consistency of cookie dough. Don't add too much milk.
  • It doesn't fry well so don't try to fry them like actual pancakes, either. Grease a large pan and spread the batter in as thinly as possible.
  • Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes, depending on altitude or oven quality. Check center for doneness at the 15 minute mark and gauge from there.
  • These are awesome and safe for most folks with gluten/lactose sensitivity and chocolate allergies. I can make an AIP version of this using cassava flour and tapioca starch. May post later.
