Homemade Goulash

- 3/4 of a pound of elbow macaroni shopping list
- 2 pounds Ground meat of choice, can be Morning Star Crumbles shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pink himalayan salt, fresh ground preferred shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1 Large Onion, diced shopping list
- 1 Large bell pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 can - 14.5 ounce - of petite diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can - 14.5 ounce - of stewed tomatoes shopping list
- one small can of tomato sauce shopping list
- 24 oz. (can or jar) of pasta sauce shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning, shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon paprika shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon minced garlic shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon chopped basil shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3 cups of beef broth shopping list
- 2 bay leaves (to be removed before eating) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook elbow macaroni, drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
- Brown ground meat, add salt and pepper.
- When fully cooked drain and rinse.
- Put back into pan, or dutch oven.
- Add onion,and bell pepper'
- Add diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce.
- Then add pasta sauce.
- Add Italian Seasoning, Paprika, Minced Garlic, Basil, Chili Powder, Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Beef Broth and Bay Leaves!
- Mix all together .
- Add PRECOOKED elbow macaroni.
- Stir all together.
- Simmer everything for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- You can put it into a Crock Pot on warm until we are ready to eat it to allow all of the flavors to continue to marinate.

- NOTE: If it becomes to dry for your liking just add some more beef broth.
- Enjoy.
