How to make it

  • -Blanch pork belly with garlic, ginger and cooking wine in cold water, remove it after skim scum off the water then wipe it.
  • -Heat the pan over low heat, add in white sugar to stir, when it become melted, add in pork belly to stir-fry for coloring.
  • -And then add in spices, water, Sauce Grandmaster Weijixian Soy Sauce, Jade Bridge Dark Soy Sauce, cooking wine, vinegar and salt, mix well and cook for 1 hour.
  • -Bake the pita in the toaster and cut it down in the middle. (note: do not cut too big)
  • -Mince the cooked pork belly and green pepper. Then put them in the pita according to your preference.
