Ingredients
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (29 ounce) can of Libby's 100% pure pumpkin
  • 2 (12 fl ounce each) cans of Carnation evaporated milk
  • 2 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shells

Directions
  1. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
  2. Pour into pie shells.
  3. Bake in preheated 425° F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F; bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center of pie comes out clean. Cool for 2 hours then serve or refrigerate. (Don't freeze them or the crusts will seperate from the pumpkin filling.)
