How to make it

  • 1.Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • 2.Add the powdered sugar to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  • 3.In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and half & half, and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, allow it to boil untouched for 1 minute and 45 seconds.
  • 4.Remove from heat, then stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and Pour the hot peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the powdered sugar, then beat with an electric mixer completely smooth.
  • 5.Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  • 6.Let the fudge sit at room temperature until completely cooled and set.
  • 7.Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
