Feuillantines aux graines de sesame

- 6 Tbsp all-purpose flour shopping list
- Pinch of confectioner's sugar shopping list
- Pinch of coarse salt shopping list
- 2 large egg whites shopping list
- 1/4 c unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temp shopping list
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Combine the flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Beat in the egg whites.
- Beat in the melted butter until well blended.
- Roll out and cut into 2" circles (either with a stencil or a cookie cutter), making sure there is at least 1/2" between each circle (tuille) on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle to top of each tuille with the sesame seeds.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 3 minutes, until golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet.
- When cool, using a spatula, carefully remove the tuilles from the baking sheet and store, separated with paper towels in a tightly covered container.
