How to make it

  • Spread frosting on the vanilla wafers.
  • Put one Lifesaver®, blue or green, in the center of the wafer.
  • Put one chocolate chip in the center of the Lifesaver®.
  • Draw "bloodshot" lines around the Lifesaver® with the red icing, on the frosting.
  • Serve!
