This taste almost like KFC chicken when deep fried.

Ingredients
  • 1 large Egg ; beaten
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
  • 2 Frying Chicken With Skin On ; cut in pieces

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the egg and milk.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the 4 remaining dry ingredients.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the milk until fully moistened, then roll in flour mixture until completely coated.
  4. Deep fry for 15 - 20 minutes or bake at 400°F for 35 - 45 minutes.
