I tried this at a family gathering, and it was a hit. Everyone loved it. In fact, we had another family gathering and they asked me to bring this again. You did great with this one!!!

I just had this dish at Cracker Barrel and it is awesome. I was wishing then that I had the recipe. Now I have it and plan to use it at our Thanksgiving Day dinner instead of the usual potatoes! THANKS FOR SHARING!!!

I've made this before and it was awesome! I love the Cracker-Barrel breakfast casserole.

I substituted cream of chicken soup in place of the beef broth. Makes it taste more like the one from the Cracker-Barrel restaurant.

I worked at cracker barrel and this is not even close, but it still sounds good..
cracker barrel's is
frozen hashbrowns shredded
can of cream of chicken soup
onion
margarine
shredded colby cheese
salt and pepper[be careful with salt]
mix all together, put in casserole dish[sprayed with pam], place in preheated 425 oven, cook for 40 minutes or until brown on top
