Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) finely chopped fresh chives
  • 2 TBSPS (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) wasabi paste (or more, if you dare, to taste)

Directions
  1. Blend the cranberry sauce with chives, soy sauce, and wasabi paste.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. When ready to serve, sprinkle chopped fresh chives over the top and serve on a seafood platter (or, as noted in header notes....)
