How to make it

  • In a bowl combine vanilla, creamed cheese, lemon juice and zest and 1/2 of the sugar until smooth. Fold in the berries carefully.
  • Place a desert spoonful of the mixture onto the end of Mountain Bread, brush the edges with a little water and fold from point to point to make a triangle.
  • Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon.
  • Heat the oil until hot in a saucepan. Add the triangles and cook for 2 minutes or till golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel to remove excess oil
  • Toss through the sugar and cinnamon mix.
