Ingredients
  • 2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsps oil
  • 1 1/2 tsps brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsps red wine vinegar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions
  1. Combine the red onions, oil, brown sugar, and red wine vinegar in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice, and cook for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Chill, and bring to room temperature just before serving.
