Lime Angel Dessert
- 1 package lime gelatin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1 can (1 Cup) flaked coconut
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 small angel food cake, torn into pieces
How to make it
- Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
- Add juice and chill until thickened.
- Fold in coconut and whipped cream.
- Make layers of cake bits and gelatin mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Chill over night and cut into squares.
- Serves 12
