This is recipe of quantity and of sale quality. Even makes nice gifts. I put some in a x-mas gift box and gave as a gift. Just a thought. : )

Ingredients
  • 24 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 jar (any size) marshmallow creme
  • 1 lg. can evaporated milk
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 T. vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Put first 3 ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Put milk and sugar in a heavy saucepan
  3. Bring to a rolling boil and cook rapidly
  4. Stir vigorously for EXACTLY 9 MINUTES ( mixture scorches easily)
  5. Pour over ingredients in bowl and mix well
  6. Beat only until well blended
  7. Stir in nuts and vanilla
  8. Spread into a buttered 1x10x5 inch pan
  9. Cool, score and let stand for 12 - 24 hours
  10. Cut and wrap
  11. makes 5 lbs.
