This sounds incredible. I've got some bananas getting riper by the hour in my kitchen.I bet cream cheese frosting would be a good choice too, it's all up to personal choice/taste here.

I will try this but make cupcakes, cakes never get eaten around here, but cupcakes disappear. Copiuos pics for step by step. I also love about 6-8 bananas cut in round slices about 1/8" thick and then dumped into any flavor jell-o. I like jell-o with my bananas :-) JJ
