Salmon Balls

- 7 1/2 oz salmon (use canned if want) shopping list
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 T. pickle, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire shopping list
- mayonnaise to moisten shopping list
- Chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Drain salmon (if canned) and mash
- Mix with remaining ingredients except parsley
- Shape into 3/4 inch balls
- Roll in parsley
- makes about 3 doz.
