How to make it

  • Build in a highball glass packed with ice and decorate with a burning lime bowl:
  • Cut off the top of a lime fruit.
  • Remove the lime contents.
  • Pour a measure of Cointreau into the lime bowl.
  • Set on fire just before serving the drink, but remember to put ut the fire (by pouring the burning Cointreau into the drink) before drinking.
