Easy meal Get ready night before & bake when ready for dinner

Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage of choice
- 8 eggs
- 6 slices of bread
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 small can chopped green chiles (optional)
Directions
- Brown & crush sausage; drain.
- Beat eggs.
- Cube bread.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Let set in refrig. overnight
- Bake in 9 x 13 in. greased pan at 350 F for 35 min.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Serve
