Mexican Caserole

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- bag of tortilla chips (even stale chips are fine) shopping list
- 1 cup mild salsa (hotter if that's what you like) shopping list
- 1 bag mexican style cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook one pound ground beef until brown. Drain. Put into an 11x8" caserole dish. Mix in the cans cream of chicken soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Add the cup salsa and mix well. Mix chips into the meat and sauce mixture covering most chips well with the sauce. Cover with cheese. Put into the oven at 350 for 20 mins.
