How to make it

  • shuk the roots
  • grate with a thin shredder in a plastic box
  • press enough lemon juice to cover the gratedginger
  • let in the fridge for 24 hours
  • pass the quantity you need for the day
  • recover with lemmon juice and put it back in the fridge for nextime
  • Add cane syrup, 2/3 of water and ice
  • Some add chili pepper,orange juice,pinneapple; i do not
