Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 cups fresh coconut milk
  • 1/4 kilo of pork lomo or kasim (for kasim, leave the fat on), cubed
  • 10 long green chili (siling haba), sliced
  • 10 baguio beans, sliced
  • 5 heaping tbsps of bagoong alamang (shrimp fry paste)
  • 3 tbsp of sliced garlic
  • 3 tbsp of sliced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. place coconut milk in a medium corningware or stovetop pot over medium heat.
  2. Immediately add the bagoong (shrimp paste), onion, garlic and sili (green chili).
  3. add the pork cubes.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Once boiling, add the baguio beans.
  6. Simmer.
  7. Let the coconut milk evaporate just a little.
  8. Once pork cubes is tender, remove from the stove.
  9. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
  10. Serve with steaming hot rice.
