Awesome warm dip for party or anytime I sometimes make this in single serving dishes... Ramakins if you will...even if you won't ... O)

Ingredients
  • 1 can artichokes coarsely chopped
  • 1 C. Mayo
  • 1 can 4oz. diced green chili's
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese/ divided

Directions
  1. Chop Chokes
  2. Mix with mayo, chili's and 3/4 of the cheese
  3. Put in bake safe bowl
  4. Top with remaining cheese and
  5. Bake @ 375 for 20 minutes or till brown
  6. Serve hot with toasted sourdough rounds or tortilla chips
