Ingredients
  • 6 bananas (saba), halved lengthwise
  • 5 pieces of jackfruit (seed removed and sliced lengthwise)
  • 6 rice wrappers or lumpia wrappers
  • oil
  • sugar

Directions
  1. wrap a banana and jackfruit in the lumpia wrapper.
  2. fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. remove from the pan and roll in sugar.
  4. fry again until wrapper is crispy.
