Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt chocolate over double boiler, cool.
  • Slowly mix in eggs and yolks, then sugar mixed with flour.
  • Pour into greased and floured individual 5-oz. ramekins, about 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 500 degrees F. for 5-7 minutes, or lower heat a bit longer, until edges are done but center is still soft.
  • Serve hot with fresh whipped cream, raspberry coulis and crème anglais.

    I've edited the recipe to show how many it should make. The problem with getting a recipe from your chef son is that things happen a bit differently in a restaurant kitchen from they way it goes at home. I'd like to know how this goes for anyone who tries it!
