Chocolate Volcanoes

- 20 oz. butter shopping list
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate shopping list
- 12 oz. Baker’s chocolate shopping list
- 12 eggs shopping list
- 12 yolks shopping list
- 1 ½ cup sugar shopping list
- 3 T + 1 tsp flour shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate over double boiler, cool.
- Slowly mix in eggs and yolks, then sugar mixed with flour.
- Pour into greased and floured individual 5-oz. ramekins, about 2/3 full.
- Bake at 500 degrees F. for 5-7 minutes, or lower heat a bit longer, until edges are done but center is still soft.
- Serve hot with fresh whipped cream, raspberry coulis and crème anglais.
