Tasty meatloaf that cooks in about 15 minutes! Measurements are approximate.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground beef, 7% lean
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 1 package beefy onion mushroom soup mix
  • seasoned salt
  • garlic pepper
  • 3 T worcestershire
  • 1 T heinz 57 sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T chopped garlic
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 t cumin
  • 1/2 t chili powder

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl
  2. Shape into two loaves and place in large micrwave safe dish with lid
  3. Cover and microwave about 15 minutes (my microwave is high power, have cooked it for 20 minutes with lower wattage microwaves)
  4. Turn dish during cooking process if no turntable in microwave
