Vegan Coffee Smoothie
- 1 1/2-2 cups of brewed coffee, chilled or room temp.
- one banana
- about 1/2 cup soymilk (I use vanilla b/c it's what I always have on hand, but I think chocolate would be excellent as well)
- 2-4 ice cubes
- splash of maple syrup
How to make it
- Throw everything in a blender & process until ice is crushed. For an extra kick, add a splash of rum, kahlua, or any vanilla flavored liquor/liqueur.
