These bake up so light and fluffy. The middle is hollow...but oh so good

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Grease 10 muffin tins.
  2. Beat eggs slightly.
  3. Add milk, flour, salt.
  4. Beat until smooth. Don't overbeat.
  5. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
  6. Bake 25 minutes at 450 degrees
  7. lower temperature to 350 degreesbake 15-20 minutes longer.
