No fuss Truffles

- 2 packages (10 to 12 oz) milk chocolate or butterscotch chips shopping list
- 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip) shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups ground toasted almonds, graham cracker crumbs, or finely chopped salted peanuts, ground oreos, shortbread shopping list
How to make it
- In a microwave safe bowl, heat chips for 1 minute-stir
- miicrowave 10-20 seconds longer or until melted, stirring occasionally.
- cool to room temp - about 30 minutes, stirring several times.
- fold in whipped toppiing.
- drop by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper line baking sheets.
- freex for 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
- shap into balls; roll in any of the crumbs.
- refrigerate or freeze in an airtight container
- if frozen, remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving
- yield aout 4 1/2 dozen
