Mini Savoury Pikelets

- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon soda shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth and well combined - a little extra milk may be required if mixture is too thick. Ladle spoonfuls into a non-stick pan over medium heat or use an electric fry pan on medium heat.
- The first pikelet may require a tiny bit of light greasing of the fry pan but after that don’t grease the pan between each batch and the pikelets will have a lovely golden brown surface. Cook both sides, approximately 2 minutes each and cool on a wire rack
