  • carrouts
  • tomatos diced with juise
  • patatos
  • greenbeans
  • beefbrouth
  • opitional : ground beef
  • veggie broth

Directions
  1. get out a 1 gallone pot
  2. put all the veggies in the pot (includes the broth)
  3. put all of the meats you want in the stew please add the beef broth
  4. cut the potatos and clean then put the potatos in the pot
  5. turn the oven on high so the stew will cook
  6. wait for 30 miniutes to cook
  7. enjoy
