Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton minced
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 medium Onions chopped
- 4 g Chillies
- 2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- handful of cashwenut chopped
- 1 Egg (optional)
- 2 tbsp Besan
- 1 tbsp raw papaya
- oil for frying
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients
- marinate for 1 hour
- Make patties and shallow fry in non stick pan
